Q: What kind of companies is PicSnippets a good fit for?
A: We have companies in nearly every industry that are using PicSnippets: local service providers, e-commerce, coaches, SaaS, professional services, agencies, startups, sales teams, real estate agents, etc. If you are looking to improve your customer experience and increase your sales, conversion rates, and referrals then PicSnippets is for you!
Q: Will PicSnippets automatically personalize for everyone without me having to do anything else?
A: Yup! Once you've added your PicSnippet into your CRM or other tool, you don't need to do anything else and PicSnippets will automatically handle personalizing the image for each and every recipient.
Q: Can I upload my own images to personalize or do I have to use your templates?
A: While we offer tons of templates to help you get started, you can absolutely upload and personalize your own images! We've found uploading your own images, even when taken from a cell phone, tends to produce the best results as it increases the authenticity and uniqueness.
Q: Can I use PicSnippets in places other than an email?
A: Absolutely! You can use a PicSnippet just about anywhere that you can merge contact data. Companies use PicSnippets in places like their SMS Text campaigns, thank you pages, membership sites, LinkedIn, iMessage, WhatsApp and more!
Q: Do you charge based on how many PicSnippets I create or how many views/personalizations it generates?
A: Nope! we don't believe in punishing you for wanting to use our service more so we offer flat-rate pricing and don't charge any extra for additional images or views/personalizations. There are some reasonable limitations for how many images you can have active but most accounts never need to worry about it.
Q: I'm an agency and want to use this for my clients. How does billing work for agencies?
A: While we are working on an agency plan for the near future, right now a PicSnippets license is only valid for use by 1 company. You will need to create a new account for each of your clients.
Q: What if I don't see my CRM or preferred tool as an available platform?
A: No problem! As much as we try, we can't keep up with the thousands of tools and platforms that are available to integrate with. If you don't see your tool/platform of choice when exporting your PicSnippet, just select 'Custom' as the option and then paste in whatever merge codes/tags your platform uses.
Q: I love the idea of adding personalization to my customer experience but I'm not sure where to start. Do you provide any help with strategy?
A: Absolutely! When you start your trial, you will receive an email inviting you to schedule a 1-on-1 strategy session with someone on our team. During the session we will learn more about your business and help you get started using personalization based on a strategy custom fit for your business.
